Sodalite beads are smooth, polished spheres on a 15" strand. Beads average 8mm in diameter (approximately 47 beads per strand). Holes are center-drilled and approximately 0.75mm (just a little too small for 20 gauge wire). These natural, undyed semiprecious gemstone beads are an opaque dark blue sodalite with some patches of white calcite, with stone color ranging from royal to midnight blue.
